Cheryl Francke, owner, operator, and chef of Choice Cuisine, is, by profession, a medical technologist, having spent
many years in the medical field where she had the opportunity to do a variety of research related endeavors.
When she became owner of Premier Bagel Cafe, it was then that she realized her true love was in the food industry.
When at home, you will find Cheryl in her kitchen diligently at work, whether preparing dinner for the family or for
elderly friends, which gets delivered to their doorstep - fresh, wholesome and healthy, and hot out of the oven;
making breakfast breads of all sorts for weekend enjoyment (which freeze beautifully to be enjoyed throughout the
week); or whipping up batches of bars and cookies or a decorated cake to take into work for her co-workers’
enjoyment. Her passion for cooking and baking is what made her decide to become a personal chef, allowing her
to reap the pleasures of watching others benefit from her home-cooking.
Her decision to change her focus towards that of personal chef was a relatively easy one. She tends to focus her
high-energy level and her passion for the cooking she creates in her kitchen. For Cheryl, the “mmmm’s” and the
moments of silence that present themselves when a meal is served is her reward - and a priceless one, at that -
for a job well done!
